Recruiter - campus hiring (Jacksonville, FL)

Redstone Cross Legal Group is a law firm in Jacksonville serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to trust accounts. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on trust accounts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
