Recruiter - campus hiring (Jacksonville, FL)

Fernwood Bridge Freight Group is a Jacksonville logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 115 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer tracking. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer tracking. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
