Recruiter - campus hiring (Jacksonville, FL)

Ironwood Ashton Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Jacksonville. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to contractor visits. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on contractor visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
