Recruiter - campus hiring (Jacksonville, FL)

Harborlight Keystone Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Jacksonville with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 267 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to care plans. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on care plans. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
