Recruiter - campus hiring (Jacksonville, FL)

Stonegate Iron Early Learning is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to tuition and subsidies. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
