Recruiter - campus hiring (Jackson, MS)

Harborlight Nest Markets is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to pricing. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on pricing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
