Recruiter - campus hiring (Indianapolis, IN)

Westbrook Early Learning Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
