Recruiter - campus hiring (Indianapolis, IN)

Highbridge Oak Health Partners is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to clinic supplies. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on clinic supplies. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
