Recruiter - campus hiring (Houston, TX)

Cedar Technologies is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for grant reporting, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to grant reporting. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on grant reporting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
