Recruiter - campus hiring (Houston, TX)

Stonegate Lantern Property Management Group is a Houston property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident events. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
