Recruiter - campus hiring (Houston, TX)

Amberfield Ivory Inspection Services Associates is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field inspections. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on field inspections. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
