Recruiter - campus hiring (Houston, TX)

Redstone Maple Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Houston region, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client orders. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
