Recruiter - campus hiring (Houston, TX)

Amberfield Timber Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Houston area. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 323 people based in Houston. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
