Recruiter - campus hiring (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Summit Ember Housing and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 583 people based in Houston. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to lease compliance. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on lease compliance. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
