Recruiter - campus hiring (Houston, TX)

Cedar North Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Houston, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to attendance records. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on attendance records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
