Recruiter - campus hiring (Houston, TX)

Silverline Orchard Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Houston. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 431 people based in Houston. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client records. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
