Recruiter - campus hiring (Honolulu, HI)

Cedar Summit Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Honolulu area, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to learning materials. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on learning materials. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
