Recruiter - campus hiring (Honolulu, HI)

Rivermark Clear Legal Group is a law firm in Honolulu serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to billing records. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on billing records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
