Recruiter - campus hiring (Hartford, CT)

Westbrook Linden Environmental Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to recycling loads. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on recycling loads. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
