Recruiter - campus hiring (Hartford, CT)

Cedar Summit Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Hartford caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 405 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
