Recruiter - campus hiring (Hartford, CT)

Harborlight River Community Partners is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 820 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to volunteer shifts. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on volunteer shifts. • Local job-centre and school contacts.
