Recruiter - campus hiring (Grand Rapids, MI)

Westbrook Maple Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 199 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
