Recruiter - campus hiring (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Maple Staffing and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to temp assignments. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on temp assignments. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
