Recruiter - campus hiring (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Union Banking Services and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to card disputes. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on card disputes. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
