Recruiter - campus hiring (Fresno, CA)

Rivermark Timber Housing is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 185 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident services. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident services. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
