Recruiter - campus hiring (Fresno, CA)

Cedar Lakeside Hospitality is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for reviews and feedback, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to reviews and feedback. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
