Recruiter - campus hiring (Fresno, CA)

Stonegate Birch Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Fresno, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to food costs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on food costs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
