Recruiter - campus hiring (Fresno, CA)

Cedar Loom Insurance is an insurance company in Fresno with claims and service teams, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 72 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to underwriting files. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on underwriting files. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
