Recruiter - campus hiring (Fort Worth, TX)

Clearpath Cobalt Property Management is a Fort Worth property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to rent collection. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on rent collection. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
