Recruiter - campus hiring (Fort Worth, TX)

Clearpath River Markets Partners is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to promotions. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on promotions. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
