Recruiter - campus hiring (Fort Worth, TX)

Rivermark North Insurance is an insurance company in Fort Worth with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 323 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to catastrophe response. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on catastrophe response. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
