Recruiter - campus hiring (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Basin Legal Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client files. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client files. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
