Recruiter - campus hiring (El Paso, TX)

Foxglove Wilder Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in El Paso, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to catastrophe response. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on catastrophe response. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
