Recruiter - campus hiring (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Summit Vale Learning Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to school calendars. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on school calendars. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
