Recruiter - campus hiring (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Basin Freight and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 124 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to proof of delivery. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
