Recruiter - campus hiring (El Paso, TX)

Stonegate Fox Insurance is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for underwriting files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to underwriting files. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on underwriting files. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
