Recruiter - campus hiring (El Paso, TX)

Amberfield Forge Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around El Paso. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to proof of delivery. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
