Recruiter - campus hiring (El Paso, TX)

Cedar West Care Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
