Recruiter - campus hiring (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Vale Early Learning and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
