Recruiter - campus hiring (Detroit, MI)

Highbridge Juniper Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Detroit area. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to housekeeping schedules. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
