Recruiter - campus hiring (Detroit, MI)

Silverline Sable Community Partners is a nonprofit in Detroit supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 504 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to benefits enrolment. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on benefits enrolment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
