Recruiter - campus hiring (Detroit, MI)

Rivermark Yarrow Legal Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for court deadlines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to court deadlines. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on court deadlines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
