Recruiter - campus hiring (Des Moines, IA)

Clearpath Oak Health is a healthcare provider in Des Moines with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to electronic records. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
