Recruiter - campus hiring (Des Moines, IA)

Clearpath North Insurance is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to policy renewals. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on policy renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
