Recruiter - campus hiring (Des Moines, IA)

Clearpath Oak Health is a healthcare provider in Des Moines with clinics and support teams, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to referrals. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on referrals. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
