Recruiter - campus hiring (Des Moines, IA)

Ironwood Drift Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Des Moines. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 185 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service complaints. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on service complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
