Recruiter - campus hiring (Des Moines, IA)

Lumen Nest Housing is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 130 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to waiting lists. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on waiting lists. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
