Recruiter - campus hiring (Denver, CO)

Bright Cross Legal Group is a Denver practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 537 people based in Denver. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to document review. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on document review. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
