Recruiter - campus hiring (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Northwind Vista Financial and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Denver. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to vendor spend. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on vendor spend. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
