Recruiter - campus hiring (Denver, CO)

Northwind Harbor Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Denver focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 110 people based in Denver. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to billing accounts. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
